Salus Terra is a bacterial fertilizer developed from a selection of useful soil bacteria, which has beneficial effects of the bacteria on the soil and the plant.
Effect of bacterial strains:
- Fixation of atmospheric nitrogen (Azotobacter vinelandii, Azospirillum brasilense) Phosphorus and potassium mobilization (Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus circulans)
- By breaking down organic matter in the soil, they significantly contribute to the faster humification of stubble residues (thereby improving cultivability), they release easily usable complex sugars from cellulose, which are an optimal carbon source for the growth of rhizobacteria that promote plant growth (Cellvibrio sp., Pseudomonas fluorescens, Streptomyces cellulose).
- Hormone production, increases plant metabolism and growth (Azospirillum brasilense, Azotobacter vinelandii)
- Siderophore production, by binding iron, they inhibit the growth of plant pathogenic microorganisms (Pseudomonas fluorescens)
- With their metabolic products that regulate healthy soil life, they improve the resistance of plants against plant pathogenic fungi (Streptomyces cellulosae, Pseudomonas fluorescens.)
The total number of beneficial soil bacteria in the preparation: min. 1.5*10_9 pcs/cm3.
Thanks to the technology used in breeding and production, Salus Terra bacteria tolerate less favorable soil conditions and weather stress effects well.
When do we use it?
During spring and autumn soil and seed bed preparation or sowing and planting.
The recommended dose of Salus Terra is 5 l/ha in arable land and 10 l/ha in horticulture, which should be diluted with 20-40 times the amount of water for application in two passes. It can also be applied by drip irrigation.
Can be used:
- For increasing yields in both arable and horticultural crops, during spring and autumn soil and seedbed preparation or sowing and planting
- When planting seedlings, to promote rooting in grape, fruit and vegetable cultures
- For growing strong, more branched roots when growing seedlings
- To save part of the fertilizer dose and supplement with natural nutrients in any culture
- To improve soil fertility, plant vigor and stress tolerance
- To maintain the biological activity of regularly, intensively cultivated and/or unilaterally fertilized areas
Can be stored:
- At 0-10 °C: 3 months
- At 10-20 °C: 1 week
